Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

La Casa della Nonna è immersa nel verde del Parco del Ticino. Avrete a disposizione un ampio giardino recintato e un terrazzo in cui godersi le giornate di sole. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
