Le Bons Bay Beach house is a spacious family home just one street back from the picturesque Le Bons Beach. At the end of the quiet cul-de-sac is a fantastic domain with playground, tennis courts, flying fox and open green space. A stroll through the woods takes you to the beautiful river. The house is set up for maximum indoor/outdoor living with partially covered decks on the front, side and rear. All access to the house is via stairs, if you have mobility issues, access might be challenging.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.
