The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Enjoy your stay at this 3 Bedroom 3.5 bath estate home located minutes from downtown Pikeville. You truly get the best of both worlds being so close to downtown but enjoying the privacy this space provides. No more than 8 guests are allowed on property unless approved by the host. Parties can be approved with a fee. Pool is currently unavailable for use Stairs are necessary to access upper level and laundry.

Property is a ranch style house with wood siding, nestled against a hillside with a private setting. This property offers a large yard with a in-ground pool as well as a large front porch. There are two patio areas in the back with a built in grill station and a fire-pit to enjoy on those cool evenings. The Depot -Luxury Rental

Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is ideal for traveling medical/business professionals, or families visiting the area. It is not suitable for ATV trail riders because we have no parking space available for trailers/ UTV’s, or SxS’s. We are 0.6 miles from Mingo County Courthouse and Williamson Health and Wellness Center, 1.3 miles to Tug Valley ARH Medical Center, 30 minutes drive to Pikeville Medical Center.
