Welcome to your cozy cottage in the bucolic Hudson Valley. Only 90 mi. north of NYC. We welcome small dogs, under 25 lbs. with prior host approval. Sorry, NO CATS. Enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, local culture or just relaxing. 1 mile outside a charming village in farm and horse country, your cottage has a full kitchen/LR, 2 BRS (1 queen, 1 full), bathrm, washer/dryer, deck, patio & yard. Close to colleges, dining & activities. We hope that you will love this corner of the world as much as we do.

Enjoy the serenity of Twin Island Lake, surrounded by tranquil water, lush mountains and nature. this incredible private island retreat is only 2 hours from NYC. Take a canoe across a lily pad dotted lake to your own private island paradise. You will never find a magical space like this so close! The entire island is yours to enjoy and has plenty of outdoor spaces including a propane grill, hammocks and plenty of seating areas. The inside a humble aesthetic with wood paneling and charm.

A perfect getaway to relax and recharge in our year round 6 person hot tub. Amazing views and sunsets over the lake and mountains. Great area for hiking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and bird watching. 16 miles to the center of Rhinebeck. Explore the local farms, restaurants, distilleries and wineries.

Pine Plains Cottage

Located just 2 hours north of NYC, our country cottage in bucolic Pine Plains is newly renovated and furnished in a modern yet cozy style, welcoming you to a relaxing retreat! It is located in the heart of Pine Plains, a short walk to the town center. Perfect for 2-4 people. We currently have a 2 night min. stay and 3 night min. for holiday weekends. You will experience a cozy country retreat with all the luxuries of a renovated kitchen, pot-bellied woodstove for homey winter nights, propane grill and a fire pit for summer evenings enjoying the fresh air and starry skies.

The House in a Beautiful Small Upstate Town

This is a house to enjoy with the family with a lot of space and many activities, in a small town but with a lot of tourism. You can visit the town which it has a small cinema, and Rail trail for walking or biking, and it has many restaurants nearby. This house includes a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, deck, and a big backyard. You can also do BBQ s outside.
