Welcome to La Hija de Kika, a quiet and characterful loft in the historic centre of Calella, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Located on the ground floor beside Els Filipinos, a distinctive Modernist house dating from 1906, the loft combines contemporary comfort with a setting rich in architectural character and local history. The apartment has been carefully renovated and furnished with a distinctive mix of design, comfort and personality. Bright and peaceful, it is ideal for couples or friends looking for a well-equipped base close to everything.
