Welcome to our cozy studio Apartment located in Rincon, Ga! This comfy space is perfect for a single travler or a couple coming in to visit family. You will have your own private entrance as well as free parking. This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Boat parking available on site.

Our home is ideal for visiting hunters 🦌 (some of the best hunting in the state), tourist 📸, golfers⛳, or anyone desiring a peaceful escape🧘🏾‍♀️. Our home is clean, newly renovated, cozy, and fully electric. Explore nearby Lake Warren State Park, Beaufort, Hilton Head Island, and Savannah. Our home is ready for you!

Private Island Cottage

Beautiful key west inspired cottage set on a private Island with dock access To the intercoastal water way. Minutes firm downtown Beaufort, 35 miles from Hilton Head Island, 45 miles from Savannah, GA, 60 miles from Charelston. only minutes from great restaurantes and attractionss like: Hunting Island state park and3 public golf coures. Swimming, fishing, kayaking or canoeing (equipment provided), or just relax on one of the docks or porches. You can do as much or little as you desire.

Wagon on picturesque farm

Our wagon sits right under a moss draped Live Oak tree wrapped in lights. In our unique wagon you have a cozy sleeping space with beautiful views of our farm. The bathhouse is shared and is only 100’ from your porch. Enjoy our free range donkeys, chickens, pigs, ducks, goat and cat. The wagon is a small space. The ceiling in the middle is 6.2 in height. The mattress was custom made to fit the wagons space. The mattress is 6’ long and 54” wide, basically between a twin and a full.

Lazy Dog Acres “Mini Suite”

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !
