King size beds with memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms with adjustable bed on the main floor. Both bedrooms are large and have ensuite bathrooms. Large flatscreen TVs in bedrooms and in family room. Wi-Fi and new appliances, sleeper sofa, back porch with grill. Close to Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head and Parris Island. The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

A beach pass is provided for Hunting Island State Park as well as beach chairs and towels. "MarshSong" is an inspirational place for anyone who just wants to relax, or explore; a good central point for visiting Charleston and Savannah. Rest, relax, recharge - nap on a hanging bed; sleep well.
