It is a very unique "round house" in a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Hamilton. It has 3 BR/2.5B. Outdoor areas include an a large lower deck with dining and seating areas, a *BRAND NEW* hot tub, a fire pit, and a grilling area. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, you can have the peace and seclusion of the lake without sacrificing the attractions of Hot Springs.

King size bed in bedroom and two comfy twin air beds, great for children. Two full baths allow this condo to sleep 2 couples very comfortably. High Speed Internet and Smart TV in living room and bedroom for all your streaming needs. Bubba's Brew within walking distance for great sandwiches and entertainment.

Robins Nest Cabin - quiet cove on Lake Hamilton

The Robin’s Nest Cabin is located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It’s rustic on the outside yet filled with modern amenities. Enjoy woodland views while relaxing in the hot tub or sit back at the fire pit and enjoy s’mores and your favorite beverage. The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. This cozy lake home has the nature and solace of rural Arkansas & is only 11 mi from Hot Springs. Enjoy sunbathing from a chaise lounge, watching the game on the large outdoor HD TV or fishing & kayaking off your private boat dock. Casa Royale has a grill, ice maker, game room and soaking tub! It is the perfect place to enjoy meaningful moments with family.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.
