Kangaroo Cottage - Hills Retreat BnB

Kangaroo Cottage is an adults only retreat, surrounded by majestic Jarrah trees and wildlife. Guests have a wonderful opportunity to escape the city & immerse themselves in the serenity of the hills. Please be aware that the cottage is located on our family hobby farm & the sounds of our animals are a part of the Kangaroo Cottage experience. Our property is not suitable for pets or children. A light breakfast of croissants & condiments will be provided for the first morning of your stay.

Surrounded by nature close to town

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Mansfield Cottage

Tranquilly positioned on the outskirts of York - abounding with views of Mt Bakewell - this truly unique and perfectly manicured country-style cottage accommodates up to four guests and spares no detail. Located just a short stroll from the town centre, Avon Park, and other popular tourist spots, Mansfield Cottage offers luxury York accommodation with all the comforts so that you can sit back and relax or enjoy everything there is to see and do.

Honeymoon Hideaway -Adults Only Retreat

Beautifully hidden away cabin situated approximately 5 kms north of Harvey. Relax and hide away in our self-contained cabin in front of the log fire or sit on the decked balcony with a refreshing drink in hand and watch the variety of wild birds and sheep that roam the 90 tranquil acres. The cabin is out of sight so nothing can disturb you except for the sound of the nature. Please note -there is no oven, no wifi. Adults only and no pets.

Settle into the tranquility and peace of Perth Hills, this private & self-contained 1 bedroom hills retreat has fantastic views overlooking Perth and coastal districts. It provides a home away from home with all the home comforts in a modern self-contained private guest house. Welcome to McCabe Farm Cabin by Tiny Away, an enchanting rustic retreat located in a tributary of the Aven River, nestled between the towns of Beverley and Pingelly. The tiny is home to indigenous trees, wildlife, and natural flora and fauna, making it an ideal farm stay WA getaway where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life. P.S. Campers are welcome to explore along the river and throughout the treed areas.

Nessy's Nest Cottage

Nessy's Nest is a cosy, historical cottage in the heart of Narrogin (circa 1890) at the gateway of Western Australia's Upper Great Southern Region. 2 minute walk to shops and the centre of town, and 2 minute drive to the indoor swimming and sporting precincts and newly opened skate park. 20 metres from a lovely afternoon walk along the winning sculpture park of Narrogin Creek, the newly renovated railway museum.

Carol’s Cottage

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.
