The house is in Nudgee, located close to many amenities. 3 bedrooms tastefully decorated with everything you need. Ceiling fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms/living space . Long term stays available. Safe, friendly neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street,no noisy traffic noise. Beautiful outlook over nature area at end of street. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES

'Shells on the Bay'........Right on the foreshore!

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly. Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.
