Mein Haus ist eine vor gut 100 Jahren erbaute , herrschaftliche Villa, die ich im Laufe der Jahre renoviert habe. Die hohen, großen Räume und das 10 Ar große Grundstück vermitteln Großzügigkeit, man hat Platz in diesem Haus und auch im Garten. Das Dorf Pino liegt knapp hundert Meter über dem Lago Maggiore, was für einen schönen Ausblick sorgt, die 100 Höhenmeter muss man aber auch überwinden. Die Frühstücksbrötchen und anderes Grundsätzliches gibt es im Lädchen nur 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

Die Villa liegt leicht oberhalb von Brissago im sonnigen Tessin. Sie bietet einen perfekten Kompromiss zwischen zentraler Lage (das Ortszentrum und der See sind fussläufig erreichbar) und Natur. Über einen parkähnlichen Garten gelangt man in die Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern. Vier davon im ersten Stock und eines in Form einer separaten Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoss. Ein Balkon und mehrere Terrassen bieten Gelegenheit zur Entspannung draussen. Ein Pool ist in den Sommermonaten auch vorhanden.

Welcome to Casa Lucia, surrounded by greenery and only at 1.5km far away from the public beach of Zenna. The house is easily accessible by car and you can park near the house or in another public parking 100 mt. away. Casa Lucia is on 3 floors each one with private bathroom, there is also a laundry area with washing machine in the basement. The wonderful location will allow you to enjoy an amazing view and relaxing or having a great BBQ on the terrace. Even your animal friends are welcome.
