The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Montalcino Townhouse with Private Garden & Spa

A luxury apartment that blends traditional elements with all the modern comforts and some contemporary wall art. The apartment is centrally located in the upper part of town, only around the corner from the main square, in the limited traffic area. You can drive close by to download the luggage. The closest free car park is located at less than 10 minutes walk. Please note that to reach the house you need to walk a fairly steep street: it may not be ideal for those with mobility problems.

IL mio appartamento è in centro storico completamente ristrutturato, molto vicino ad una spiaggetta attrezzata e alla piazza piu'bella della citta'. A 50m il corso offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti tipici e di locali dove trascorrere il dopocena. A pochi minuti la stazione ferroviaria e il supermercato.L'appartamento si trova nella ztl, ma ci sono parcheggi free a 150mt e inoltre offriamo la possibilita' gratis di un permesso per l'accesso e parcheggio in ztl per il tempo del soggiorno.

Appartamento in centro città

L'appartamento di circa 50 mq è ubicato a 200 metri dal centro storico di Piombino . Potrete disporre di una stanza da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con cucina, divano letto a due posti e un bagno privato. L'appartamento,ristrutturato a Giugno 2017, ha un ingresso autonomo, è dotato di TV e collegamento wi-fi. Io abito al piano di sopra con la mia famiglia e sarete tutti i benvenuti; speriamo di ospitarvi confortevolmente e di potervi far conoscere questo bellissimo territorio.

Grazioso appartamento al primo piano, appena ristrutturato. Distante 5 min a piedi dal centro storico e 10 min a piedi dalle spiagge cittadine. Nei pressi si trovano attività commerciali di prima necessità. - camera con letto matrimoniale e lettino singolo - cucina con piastre ad induzione, forno a microonde, frigorifero e poltrona letto. - due balconi - bagno - si forniscono lenzuola,asciugamani saponi e phon. - macchina del caffè a capsule, moka e stoviglie.
