A Private City, Cabin-feel Studio for 1 Person

This studio for only one person, is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the city where Northern Lights can be seen during the months we get darkness. We do recommend researching northern lights strength ahead of time. There are 2 grocery stores, a clothing store, several eating establishments, banks, an outdoor mini mall, a used clothing store , a U-haul rental store, and a bike path. The bus stop is in walking distance and so is Pioneer Park. The airport is a quick 10 minutes away.

There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
