Clean and sunny house near Smith College

Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

Recently remodeled lower level in a large log home nestled on the hillside overlooking Berkshire East Mountain Resort. Galley kitchen with gas range and stainless steel sink, Corian counter, and plenty of storage space. Vinyl plank and tile floors, acoustic ceiling tiles. Open great room with a queen and two futons and a private queen bedroom.

Welcome to The Elm Street Inn, an 18th century house with low ceiling and modern amenities. The house is across from Smith College and a short walk to Downtown Northampton. LGBTQ friendly. Everyone is welcome. The jet in the jacuzzi is not working and is only for shower and bath.
