Hello! I’m Dimitrios and i welcome you to my house which is located in southeast of Athens. A perfect place to relax with the whole family with all necessary amenities such like a brand new bred & mattress. The location is pretty close to areas such as Lagonisi, Varkiza and Vouliagmeni. Plus, it is 5’ distance from a pharmacy, super market, fuel station, and the sea. Also, it’s pet friendly! That means you can bring your favorite pet with you and let it run and play in the backyard.

A tiny studio situated on the roof top of a 4-storey building in a residential area- Neo Psychiko-, with a private terrace. The neighbourhood is fantastic. Right beside the building lies a lovely park for great dog walks, really safe, a super market Sklavenitis, with everything you need, amazing vegetables right beside the super market, (25is Martiou). At night? Winter, spring, autumn or summer, Plateia Eleftherias, a 5 minute walk, great restos and coffe shops, really cool over the Summer.
