Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Villa Sairio: vanhan ajan idylliä HML asemantakana

Sairio: oikeasti lähellä. Meille kävelet rautatieasemalta, ja meiltä kävelet uimaan. Pääsee meille bussillakin, ja omalla autolla. Talomme on v:lta 1929, mutta huoneisto on remontoitu 2018. Huoneessa on sängyt 2 aikuiselle ja 1 lapselle. Varapatja löytyy tarvittaessa. Pienessä keittiössä nautit aamukahvit ja iltapalat. Oma tilava kylppäri. Rehevä piha tarjoaa tilaa oleskeluun. Käytössä on kesällä terassi ruokaryhmineen ja riippumattoineen.
