Beach Getaway

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Welcome to your vintage beach cottage! Remodeled 2 bedroom cottage is located in a quirky, quiet neighborhood. Oceano is unique - nestled between Pismo Beach, Grover Beach and Arroyo Grande, the neighborhood is classic central coast funk - old beach bungalows mixed with vintage homes. Firepit, BBQ, large fenced in yard, no shared spaces and walking distance to: a coffee shop, breakfast, burgers and seasonal farm stands. Oceano Dunes are less than 2 miles away & Pismo Beach about 3 miles away!

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Whether you are coming to town for pleasure or for work, we are perfectly located just 10 minutes from downtown SLO, the airport, Edna Valley wineries, and Cal Poly; and 20 minutes from Avila or Pismo Beach.

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.

This little 2 bedrooom/2 bath home is a hidden gem in Arroyo Grande's quaint Village. Chefs will appreciate the high-end range in the well-stocked and spacious kitchen.
