Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are three different areas to rest, do puzzles and watch TV in front of a gas fireplace . Then, a large screen porch to watch the amazing sunsets! Two inside baths and 1 outside bath. A small opened porch and a large outdoor deck. There is a cook shed with grill and outdoor fire pit. Then, best of all, a boat house with two electric boat lifts and an opened deck and sheltered deck. Sunflower Cottage is calling your name!

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

We welcome pets – there’s a large yard to roam. You’re just minutes from I-75/Hwy 300 (perfect for a one-night rest) and a short drive to Lake Blackshear attractions.

Our 800 square foot stand alone cabin awaits you. Fresh air. A yard to explore and relax in. A pond. Barnyard animals to watch. Why be stuck in the city in a hotel when there's a better option? This two bedroom country cabin is secluded within the pines. It has a most cozy feel. The front porch swing and rocking chairs allow for the sounds of nature and a peaceful cup of morning coffee. It is located on a dirt road (about 1 mile from the paved road) with the closest neighbors about a mile away.

Either Oar Lake Cabin

Take it easy in this rustic, tranquil, private lakeside cabin getaway. Close to I-75, Lake Blackshear, and Georgia National Fairgrounds. The Either Oar cabin is at the end of the dirt road and is a great spot to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate.
