Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

Mary's - Jaxie Brown B&B

"Entrance in the alley" I tell guest "but it's a nice alley." The B&B structure was built in 2012 on the back of an existing late 1800's sandstone building. We pride ourselves in exquisite cleanliness and delicious home cooked country breakfasts. "Jaxie Brown B&B" offers a secluded spot for relaxation in the midst of small town activity. From the fresh flowers on the table to the hand made quilts on the beds, every thing about Jaxie Brown says "welcome home, we are so glad you came."

Walnut Grove Cabin

A newly built "tiny cabin" on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest. Designed for those who want to sample a simpler life. Hike in our woods, ride bicycles, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire and star gazing, or relax on the porch or in a hammock. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your cabin experience, including a cooking supplies, linens, bath house and composting toilet. The cabin was originally built to be off-the grid, but now has electric, heat, ac, and a wood stove!

Miner's Loft-Downtown Pittsburg

This downtown 1910 loft is in the heart of Pittsburg and close to everything. Walkable to most bars and restaurants and you can hit up the local coffee shops in the morning. There is a meat market across the street and a brewery. Private onsite, well-lit parking in the back of the property, a private deck and front views of Broadway. This loft is 1,600 sq. ft and sleeps 4 comfortably and has room for a few more on the large sectional in the living room and the couch in the lodge room.

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. The park includes fishing, playgrounds, two pavilions, and tennis courts.

Our comfy, quaint little cabin has a style all its own with modern conveniences and a homey feel. Located near the waters edge, you can enjoy the evening sitting out on the deck and listen to nature sing or sit around a fire and gaze up at the stars. A great place to stay while you enjoy sports or campus activities. You can see the campus from our back yard! Street and alley parking available with one car attached garage for your use. Fully furnished house great for work travelers who need a little longer stay.

The Treehouse Galena Kansas

Stairs and dock are available for easy access to the river. Great fishing. Kayaks and canoe available also tubes for floating. Continental breakfast, lots of drinks and snacks. Sit on the spacious deck and watch the wildlife. Enjoy the quiet surroundings. You won’t find a little vacation getaway any better in our area. So close to Route 66

This renovated space is on the second floor* of an historic downtown building just steps off the original Route 66. *Climbing steps is required. The staircase is wide, solid, with sturdy handrail, and has a landing halfway up. We're happy to help carry luggage, if that's an issue.
