Private garden suite in family home steps from Mt. Douglas Park, 15 minute walk to the ocean. 20 minutes from. downtown Victoria Bright 2 bedroom ground-level with private entrance, French doors leading to a private patio area and HUGE shared back yard. In-suite laundry, full bathroom, dishwasher, Includes, basic cable and WiFi. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy it on the patio while listening to the birds. Please, we ask guests not to sleep on the couch.

SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

The cottage bay retreat is in the lower level of our character home. My adult daughter and I live upstairs. We are located across the street from sandy Cordova Bay beach which is what makes staying in Cordova Bay so special. There is abundant sea life with otters, seals, eagles, crabs and a wonderful sandbar to explore tidal pools at low tide. It’s a great place to kayak or paddle board. Bike trails to Victoria are 1 block away. Come back from the beach and relax in this rustic stylish space.

A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep.
