Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

The entire property sleeps 14-18 comfortably. Included in nightly price is Main House with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms AND Honeymoon Cottage with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. Cottages have Wi-Fi enabled Smart TVs. Other amenities: orchard, swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping pong, horseshoe pit.

Secluded Off Grid A Frame tiny home on a 300-acre ranch nestled deep in the forest. This unique property has an organic 30-acre walnut orchard, thriving off rainfall and an aquifer. We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, peacocks, pigs & alpacas. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The main ranch house is 1/2 mile away.

Located on 20 beautiful acres, this home is the perfect location for any desired vacation. Surrounded by open land and orchards there is plenty of room to roam and enjoy nature, play games in the grass surrounding the home or lounge by the pool. The inside of the home is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave.
