The unit is a remodeled Granny Unit in the trees of Northern California with a private driveway and fast wifi. This one-bedroom apartment offers a unique charm and is only a 10-minute drive to downtown Nevada City or Grass Valley. A smart lock key pad is used for entry. No smoking in this unit. Pets will be considered (there will be a small pet fee, please include pets in your reservation). We look forward to having you stay!
