Villa Roza -luxury and comfortable

Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. Our Trogir old town apartment is located on the top floor. On the first floor we offer two double/twin rooms with privat bathrooms. Cozy studio with a stunning sea view. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)
