Villa Montserrat 2, your white house by the sea

House on one level, with a large terrace facing west towards the setting sun. Terrace with porch and garden furniture, where you can spend long moments around the table, enjoy sunbathing or a nap in one of its sun loungers. The Villa has three double bedrooms, bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, kitchen, living-dining room and private garage. Lots of natural light in every room, good thermal insulation for both cold and heat, with views over the garden and pool. High quality finishes, bathroom design Microciment, white and sandy colors, including functional furniture and comfortable. One of our homes very sought.
