Coll d’es Pi, is a paradise of 60,000m2 in the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site) where time stands still. Its terrace overlooking the sea and mountains will hypnotize you and at night you can contemplate the most starry nights of the whole island. The house has 350m2 with capacity for 9 people: 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace, heating, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Pool with chill out. Children's game room,tree House. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.
