The villa is situated in ideal location and has a total of 4 separate bedrooms, pool, outside dining table, and a garden. The property is 200 meters away from the nicest beach In Barcelona, wide and 5km long with a promenade. In walking distance there are plenty of beach clubs, bars, and restaurants. AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

Fantástica casa domótica con piscina comunitaria en una zona muy tranquila a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Ubicación ideal en un pueblo costero a medio camino entre Barcelona y Tarragona. A 15 min en coche de Sitges, a 36 min en coche de Port Aventura y a tan solo 39 km del aeropuerto (30 min en coche). La estación de tren está a 7 min caminando.

Sunny Loft in Barcelona 5' walk to the beach

COVID19 Measures: Reservations are spaced in time, so that no previous guest has occupied the place during the previous 72 hours. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for about 5 hours, about 72 hours prior to any stay. All clothes have been washed at 60% degrees, all surfaces and floors disinfected. Be save !!
