Cozy Nest on the Platte River

Enjoy quiet country living in our guest house by our home on the Platte River. There are forty acres where you can fish, walk, swim, or just relax on the porch. The nest accommodates a family of four, but if you need more space ask to add the River Room to your reservation. Enjoy one of the restaurants nearby or bring your own food and utilize our gathering space with couch, tv, fridge, kitchen and grill. WIFI is available but we recommend you put down the devices and enjoy your getaway.

Country Blessings Cottage

Welcome to the country! This cozy 400 square foot cottage is perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay in the solitude of the countryside. The space features two rooms: The kitchen/living area features an oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig (coffee and tea available), TV, and a pull out sofa. The bedroom features a queen bed, a full bath, and a small closet with washer and dryer. Wifi is available, but we recommend ditching the smart phone for the stars and the sunrise.

Whether you're looking for a single night or romantic getaway our beautiful Studio is a perfect solution. With over 600sq you will have plenty of room to stretch out & relax. A private entrance, large kept & shaded backyard & pool (Late May to Oct) allows you to enjoy outdoor living in the evenings, peaceful days & the best start with your morning coffee. The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, cable TV, A/C, microwave, fridge, kettle & coffee.

Vineyard Mansion - Carriage House

The Vineyard Mansion Carriage house is a historic mansion built in 1890. Recently restored, the Carriage House, a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom self sufficient apartment detached from the main house with private access and full home amenities. The mansion is close to the historic city center, art, museums, culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the historic neighborhood, the comfy bed, the coziness of the carriage house, and fully functional kitchen.

FarmPond Inn

FarmPond Inn is a breathtaking and relaxing 1 bedroom retreat, overlooking a private pond. Nestled on 9 acres, FarmPond Inn is a place you will want to visit again and again. Along with access to a wonderful bike trail, you are blocks away from Nevada's historic and charming downtown district. Cuddle up with a book, go for a canoe ride or simply soak in the view on the deck. When you're at FarmPond Inn, you're enjoying life's simple pleasures!

The Vernon Street Guest House - Suite 2

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.

Our guest house is secluded in the woods and located on body of water literally just out the front door. The Platte River is less than a half mile walk. A fisherman and bird-watchers dream - actually, a dream for anyone who loves nature!
