A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Our cottage is located in the desirable Hillcrest neighborhood and is a short 6 min walk to downtown. Stroll three blocks, one through the park and you will be in the heart of downtown by the movie theater where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. A great location, it is a short drive to downtown restaurants and shops, the University of Vermont, and parks on beautiful Lake Champlain including Oak Ledge and Red Rocks.
