Best Location studio steps to the beach

Nice studio with best location in Playa del Carmen, you can walk to the beach for less than 5 minutes in one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen. View from the apartment is all nature and espectacular views to the ocean from the roof top pool. You can also work out at the gym located in the roof top with the amazing view of the caribbean. Playa Blanca #7 is a bright and spacious condo with beautiful views of Half Moon Bay and the Mexican Caribbean. It is centrally located, within easy walking distance to Akumal's center along Akumal Bay Beach, Yal-Ku Lagoon and several restaurants and services located nearby. On the Beach! Lockoff.

Directly on the Beach, and close to Everything! This is a private lockoff unit. There are two beds, Bathroom, TV, WiFi and an Amazing Rooftop- Best in Playa del Carmen. The unit itself does NOT have a view or balcony, only a small window to the hall. You do get a super location at an incredible price. (Also listed on airbnb: front unit at a higher price, full ocean views and amazing balcony, kitchen, living room bedroom with view)

Humble / Right On The Beach

Right ON THE BEACH, you couldn't be any closer to the ocean. White powder sand beach followed by calm, clear, warm waters just a few step from the condo's patio. This beach is protected by the coral reef just 100 yards out and where you can see the waves breaking (see photos), this is considered one of the best beaches in the area. Perfect for snorkeling. As an alternative, the pool is located between the condo and the ocean.
