Disfruta del diseño de este alojamiento totalmente independiente, luminoso, tranquilo y céntrico. Venimos caminando y disfrutando de Barranco (y Lima) hace 30 años y hemos creado este espacio con todo nuestro cariño. Un espacio pensado en viajer@s curios@s que valoran el descanso después de una inmersión en una ciudad como Lima y descansar para despertar con el canto de las aves. Nos encontramos a pocos metros de un hub gastronómico (Central, Mérito, etc), cafés, tiendas de diseño y museos.

Mini con vista al Mar y en condominio cerrado

Mini departamento en Malecón con vista directa al mar. Está ubicado dentro de un condominio privado residencial y a 4 cuadras del Parque Municipal. Podrás hacer fotos excepcionales de los atardeceres y disfrutar de una maravillosa vista. El alojamiento se ubica en 3er piso con acceso independiente, cuenta con 01 habitación con vista al mar, baño completo, un área de estar y terraza amplia con vista al mar. El Mini no tiene cocina pero si un área con frigobar, microondas y hervidor eléctrico.

Cozy and quiet apartment in lively Barranco.

Beautiful and cozy accomodation in the best area of Barranco, only steps from el Malecon, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. You will enjoy a quiet stay since the flat is facing an interior patio. I am renting my apartment, which I have furnished personally considering every detail for the most comfortable stay. The apartment has water filters in the kitchen and shower, high-speed internet, exercise equipment and an antique secretaire that functions as the most inspiring workstation.

Barranco Rooftop Penthouse

The Duplex penthouse is located on the top floor of the buliding and has 24 hours a day surveillance. The duplex penthouse is a completely new apartment, ready to welcome guests who want to enjoy and have a good stay in Barranco. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, private kitchen, large dining room, and ironing area, a large terrace with BBQ and has a view of the whole city and part of the sea, the terrace is private only for the duplex apartment Penthouse.

Make tea or coffee and enjoy it on the light-filled terrace. Extensive use of wood, together with comfortable and practical (but very stylish) furniture, are typically Scandinavian features. But look out also for some fun objects d'art. We have prepared this space with enthusiasm taking care of every detail to make you feel at home. Sleep well, wake up to the aroma of coffee, cook something delicious, work outdoors with a glass of wine and enjoy bohemian Barranco.

Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.
