A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. Con una distribución armónica que potencia la luz, las vistas y el confort, y una decoración que acompaña el clima de paz y sosiego alrededor, este apartamento de dos dormitorios es un oasis energético en el que cargar pilas frente al mar. Armonizar las energías en la distribución y decoración, potenciando luz,vistas y confort ha sido nuestra prioridad máxima. Siéntelo. El enclave es único, el acceso directo a la playa desde el propio complejo le acercara al contacto con la naturaleza. El apartamento de 50 metros se distribuye en dos dormitorios, salon-cocina, baño completo y dos terrazas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con dos camas individuales de 1,05 por 2 m., dispone de armario, zapatera y cómoda con cajones. Da acceso a una pequeña terraza. El segundo dormitorio dispone de una cama doble de 1,50 por 2m. y un escritorio desde donde puede ver mientras descansa la zona de piscina y solárium. El salón dispone de un sofá de cuatro plazas convertible en cama de 1,50 por 2m, Tv de 32 pulgadas con smart Tv. Acceso a la terraza desde el salón donde podrá disfrutar de impresionantes amaneceres y desde no sólo podrá ver el mar sino también escucharlo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con frigorífico combi, placa de inducción de cuatro fuegos, microondas y pequeños electrodomésticos como exprimidor, batidora, tostadora, hervidor, plancha para asar y menaje de cocina. El baño dispone de plato de ducha grande y lavadora. Puede usar también a través de un módico precio la secadora comunitaria. El complejo dispone de dos piscinas, una para adultos con cuatro hamacas de jacuzzi en su interior y otra pequeña para niños con todos los sistemas de seguridad, tambien dispone de aseos en la piscina. Por otro lado el clima templado y la agradable temperatura del agua de baño(entre los 18 grados de los meses de invierno y los 22 del resto del año) permite que las playas puedan ser disfrutadas todo el año. La oferta deportiva de Gran Canaria está estrechamente ligada a la benignidad de su clima, carente de temperaturas extremas y que permite la práctica de casi cualquier deporte al aire libre durante todo el año (golf, tenis, padel, vela, windsurf…) Y para los amantes de la naturaleza la isla ofrece un entorno natural de cientos de especies endémicas y unicas en el mundo haciéndola merecedora del calificativo de “continente en miniatura”. Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.

Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning. Flat only for strict 2 people sharing the double bed. No extra people are allowed to stay over.
