El piso dispone de parking privado sin ningún coste extra; si no en la entrada de la urbanización, se encuentra una parada de autobuses públicos con destinos como Puerto Banús, Fuengirola y el conocido centro comercial La Cañada. El piso tiene dos habitaciones, una de ellas con cama doble y cuarto de baño propio; la otra con dos camas individuales, además de un cuarto de baño más, cocina totalmente equipada, salón-comedor con televisor, acceso a internet (Wifi) y terraza con vistas al mar. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A stunning first floor apartment situated in a private, gated complex, in the centre of Marbella, only 5 minutes walk from the historic old town, Orange square and the town hall. With direct access to the beach, this apartment also has the benefit of beautiful communal gardens and two swimming pools that can be enjoyed all year round. If you do not have your own transport, there is a bus stop just outside the apartment complex with buses to various popular locations including Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and the well known local shopping centre, 'La Cañada'. If you have your own vehicle, there is an allocated underground parking space at no extra cost. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom with two single beds. It also has a separate family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room with TV and WiFi. There is also a good-sized balcony with a sea view, which can be used for family meals.
