(renovado recientemente y con una ventana que da a la calle) Está situado junto a la bajada a la playa Carabeo (a tan solo 10 metros) y a dos minutos a pié del Balcón de Europa. El estudio no tiene vistas al mar, las ventanas dan a la calle!!!
