Casa Juan - Coco Nosara (named after my Mom) is a brand new family vacation ‘House Boutique Resort/Hotel’ in North Guiones/ 10-15 min walk (20-30 second walk on the main road) to Guiones Surf Beach & Amenities. Fully gated on lush grounds sprawled on 2/3 of an acre are five large 2-3 bdrm villas (5-6 person capacity each) surrounding a large 1000 sq/ft pool & studio + parking. 60+ families vacationed with us in 6 months from launch and Super Host Status was reached - thanks to our guest reviews!

Chic surf and yoga villa 2 minute walk to beach

After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!
