The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

Casa de Altman is a boutique property located in the Bahia on the waterfront, where guests can relax by the water's edge, take off in a kayak to explore the shores, swim in the pool, kayak, or simply watch the sunset from one of the many palapas. "Casita 3" offers an immaculate two bedroom lower level space with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa sleeper, a 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bath, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom.

Acogedor departamento a unos pasos de la playa. Cocina totalmente equipada para preparar tus alimentos. Cama King size y baño completo, sala con Roku TV Este lindo departamento está en la parte posterior de la casa principal la cual da a la playa Cuenta con acceso independiente y estacionamiento propio. Es perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana para una pareja que quiere disfrutar la playa y los atardeceres sobre el majestuoso Tetakawi.

Casita "Custó" muy cerca del mar

Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), es completamente nueva y tiene una ubicación céntrica, pero tranquila. Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. La alberca ya está disponible! por el momento la alberca no cuenta con caldera :)

El departamento se encuentra en el corazón de Guaymas a dos cuadras del malecón, 10 min de la playa Miramar y a 20 min de San Carlos Para su tranquilidad y seguridad, contamos con circuito cerrado en la privada (cámaras de seguridad), portón eléctrico con cochera cerrada para su vehículo.
