You can find everything you need to prepare a nice meal at our kitchen- living area, and after a surf session, hiking or mtb ride, you can chill at our jacuzzi appreciating the panoramic view. We hope you enjoy our beautiful Playa Negra home, as we enjoy sharing it with others while we travel. Gated community and very safe. Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy!

This is one of three villas in a compound. We are located 1.6 Km from Playa Negra, Guanacaste. Beaches Junquillal and Avellanas are just a 10 minute drive away. You can have a very good time enjoying the terrace, equipped with a gas BBQ and an external fire pit ideal for your smores.

Conveniently located in town, but private, quiet and cozy. Very short walk to restaurants and stores. The Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families. Recently renovated and upgraded.
