Nuestra bella y tranquila vecindad es un espacio recuperado y remodelado de los años 50’s. El espacio es ideal para descansar. Este encuentra en planta baja y su configuración es la misma que en los 50’s, techos altos, divididos solo por muros. La terraza es un bello espacio tranquilo de uso común. Es una zona "local" y su ubicación perfecta para los que prefieren caminar a puntos turísticos como plaza machado, malecón, playas, olas altas, bares y restaurantes a menos de 12 min. caminando.

Ubicada a 50 metros del mar. Muy cerca del centro histórico y de zonas turísticas llenas de restaurantes, mercados y muchos atractivos. Ciudad con vida nocturna y actividad cultural, fiestas tradicionales (como el Carnaval) y sitios de interés (pueblos rurales, etc.). Muy cerca de la zona de carnaval.
