Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Beautiful studio in Playa Paraíso with an amazing sea view towards La Gomera Island. Completely equipped and renewed. Swimming pool and access to the beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The new Hard Rock Hotel just in front. ATTENTION: From 16th of June 2025 until the end of the year, the pool will be CLOSED due to renovation works.

A simple and austere apartment, furnished, with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, built-in wardrobe, no hot water in the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and hot water, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. You can see Teide and the beach from the balcony. Access to the beach is from the building. The pools are under construction.
