TWO MIN WALK, Modern home located only 200 mts from paddling out to the top of the famous lefthand pointbreak of Pavones. The Rio Claro is 150 mts away for a refreshing swim after a surf. Now with POOL access shared with Brahman Bungalows. House set up like a large studio on a second floor, with a loft. Spacious with one Full & 2 twin beds in the loft. It has wi-fi, a/c, fans, hot and filtered water, lockbox, outdoor shower, covered balcony, smart TV & full kitchen with all basic appliances.
