Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. This house is located on a beachfront property on Matapalo Beach. It is also walking distance to Backwash Bay and Pan Dulce. Upstairs there is fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a queen sized bed, full bathroom, and a spacious living and dining area. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with four twin sized beds and a half bath. A reliable off grid solar panel system powers the houses as well as a state of the art water purification system. Hot water and wifi are also included.
