Tiene cable e internet. Cuenta con parqueo para un vehículo. Uno de los puntos más altos es la parte al aire libre: balcón con vista frente al mar, con acceso directo a la playa. El jardín cuenta con una mesa de cemento para comer, oyendo las olas.
