Our 67 square meter apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a 3 family house in Lind ( district of Zirndorf ) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture . The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer schönen und grünen Umgebung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Vier bis fünf Personen können bequem alle Vorzüge der Metropolregion Nürnberg genießen. Verkehrsgünstige Lage, ruhige Wohngegend, 50 m zur Bushaltestelle, 10 min zur S-Bahnhaltestelle zu Fuß. Messegelände/Innenstadt sind sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den Öffentlichen in weniger als 20 min erreichbar. Direkt nebenan: Metzgerei/Gasthof, Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Bank, Apotheke, Aldi, Schreibwaren/Lotto.

In der Nähe gibt es Freizeitaktivitäten wie den "Playmobil Fun Park" in 4 km Entfernung und das Freizeitbad "Kristall Palm Beach" in 3 km Entfernung. Außerdem gibt es eine S-Bahn-Anbindung nach Nürnberg in ca. 2 km Entfernung. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in ca. 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Nürnberg oder zur Nürnberger Messe.

Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.
