Underfloor heating, a round bath for you to soak in, two waterfall shower heads and robes! Relax outside on the deck or the bbq area with the fire pit with the sunset. Stay in a restored farm house with all the charm of its 99 years and the comfort of modern conveniences. Situated on a working sheep and cropping farm on the outskirts of the country village of The Rock, we're 30min from Wagga CBD, 25 min to Kapooka, 1hr from Albury, and in the heart of Lockhart Shire. The house boasts 3 generous bedrooms accomadating up to 7 guests. All rooms have views to country vistas and The Rock over the fields. Full kitchen, bathroom laundry & plenty of outdoor space.

Our backyard offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Wodonga. The bungalow is cosy with its own bathroom and private courtyard where you can either hide from the world or use it as a base to explore the region. The enclosed backyard is safe for pets and small children. Please note that our place is popular with pet owners, and although I clean thoroughly, some guests have complained about a general smell of dogs. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to consider booking elsewhere.

We think it’s a perfect base for weekend getaways, executive stays or simply for holidaying in our beautiful region. It’s also a great place to rest your head when travelling up or down the Hume Highway between capital cities.

Wattle Park Farm Stay is a cabin on an 830 acre mixed farm. The property has stunning views and peaceful surroundings. If you just want a break there are wide open spaces for walking, and quiet roads for cycling. Otherwise relax on the deck or under the trees with a glass of wine, watching the animals, or the sun setting over the hills. The property is about 1 hour from Albury, Wagga Wagga, the Hume Weir and numerous wineries, and 3 hours to Victorian and NSW snowfields.
