NEW IN '25: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, total of 2 beds. 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.

A recently remodeled lower level apartment on a farm in Harbor Springs. Located just miles from downtown, Lake Michigan, world class skiing and golf, biking and hiking trails, this is the perfect home base for any adventure. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrises and sunsets on the farm out the panoramic windows. We do live upstairs and you will be able to hear us through the floors. We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those...
