Keddie Wye House

Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. House is only 7 miles from the Quincy. NOT SUITIABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR HANDICAP.

Cozy cabin in the forest. 5 miles out of town.

Quincy Hide Away: Remote location. 5 miles North of Quincy. Set back from highway 70, this forest house is built on historical gold mining land. Notwithstanding its mining past, staying on this property feels like a retreat in a pristine forest. Fully furnished. The attached sunroom makes the space extra cozy. Wi-Fi is provided. The water supply comes from springs and is stored in two metal tanks, 4000 gallons each. The caretaker has his own tiny house out of sight of the main house.

Updated Home in East Quincy

Enjoy this recently updated home in the heart of East Quincy. The home is located on a quiet street. Walking into the home you're greeted with a large living room and kitchen. The open concept provides a wonderful space for family and friends to gather. Enjoy cooking and spending time in the new kitchen. The home is equiped with a heating and air conditioning unit. Please note, there is a small set stairs to enter the home and we are in the process of upgrading the backyard.

Nestled near Main Street, The Old Mill Cabin is sleek, cozy, and private. Local eateries, shops, and attractions are just a short walk away. Built in the early 1900s for mill workers, this charming cabin blends historical character with modern amenities. Enjoy a uniquely designed kitchen with new appliances, playful custom shelving, and USB outlets. The dining room features a table shaped like Lassen County. Relax in the private backyard with seasonal blooms and greenery.

Enjoy biking, rafting, birding and hiking adventures from the centrally located converted historic motor inn, Rainbow's End. Next to Patties Morning Thunder, Quincy's most popular breakfast restaurant; The Grove Makers Space; blocks from the cinema, Quintopia Brewery; walk to the museum, co-op, coffee, pizza, wine bar, shopping, cinema and pond. Two mile bike ride to the world famous High Sierra Music Festival in July and top notch mountain biking trails.
