Our home is located 25 minutes from downtown Nevada City, and just 10 minutes from the South Fork of the Yuba River. Come enjoy some of the best biking, hiking and river access in the county.

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)
