Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

The fabulous views of Cape Cod Bay are the highlight of Donna and Craig’s seaside home they aptly call “On the Rocks.” The spacious home is perfect for beach-loving families. Donna and Craig have installed all the amenities and comforts guests appreciate. These include central AC, outdoor shower, firepit, and grill. Did we mention the view ;)

You’ll love this place because of the coziness, the light, the neighborhood, the kitchen, the comfy beds and the private deck. This guest suite is best for couples over 25, solo adventurers, and small families as it only sleeps four.
