Romantická chalupa na samotě u lesa v objetí Českého Středohoří, na rozlehlém oploceném pozemku s malým rybníkem a potůčkem. Je vhodná pro návštěvníky hledající klid a odpočinek. Ráno vás vzbudí jen zpěv ptáků z okolního lesa u chalupy. Tato útulná zděná chalupa se nachází na okraji lesa, v malé obci Lbín, ve vzdálenosti cca 5 km od královského města Litoměřice. Současně i nabízí v krátké dojezdové vzdálenosti návštěvu hlavního města České republiky Praha a mnoho jiných krásných památek .

Nabízíme k pronájmu krásný dům v malé obci Kračín nedaleko Lubence. Chalupa je kompletně stylově zařízena. Dispoziční řešení: obývací pokoj s krbem, sedací soupravou a LCD televizí, první ložnice s dvěma lůžky, druhá ložnice s manželskou postelí a jedním lůžkem, koupelna se sprchovým koutem a WC.Prostorná chodba, místnost se soláriem a finskou saunou. Venkovní Whirlpool, bazén. Plynový gril. Chalupa se nachází v blízkosti lesa a cyklostezek s možností mnoha výletů do okolí. Nádvoří je sdílené.

ČERNOPOTOCKÁ 10 The house is just 10 km from the ski resort Klínovec. The cottage is close to the forest. It has a fully fenced garden. The garden is equipped with children’s play elements such as swings, a trampoline, a fire pit and outdoor seating. Parking for up to 4 cars is available directly at the house. Inside the house, which has a 5 rooms, there is a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms.

První ložnice se nachází v přízemí kde je prostorné dvojlůžko. Zde se též nachází obývací prostor a jídelna. Na kožené sedačce se vyspí jedna osoba.Kuchyň je plně vybavena včetně myčky a veliké lednice s mrazákem.V horním patře se nachází druhá ložnice s dvojlůžkem a dvěma samostatnými postelemi.

Wir dürfen vorstellen: das ist Ortrud. Diese ältere Dame wurde im Jahre 1820 gebaut. Benannt ist sie nach ihrer Vorbesitzerin, der Dorfschullehrerin, die ihr Leben lang in diesem „ Haisel“ zugebracht hat. Seit Juli 2021 haben wir an unserem Häuschen gebaut und renoviert. Wir haben versucht, den nostalgischen Charme zu erhalten und mit modernen Details zu kombinieren. Wenn Ihr Euch in solcher Atmosphäre wohlfühlt, seid Ihr in unserer Ortrud gut aufgehoben und sehr willkommen.

Welcome to the oasis of peace in the heart of the Ore Mountains, where our entire family comes from and where we like to spend our free time with our families. After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort. We wish you a wonderful stay in the fresh air and enjoy the peace, which is exceptional in our area.

The cottage with a capacity of max. 14 people in the quiet village of Zhorec nearby Bezdruzice. The accommodation offers an equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathroom, two double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed, a family room for four people and a sleeping loft for another four people. The building includes a spacious garden and our farm pets. Driving distance to Marienbad and many other interesting places.

Palitz No.17 - country homestead

Overlooking green meadows and pastures, you will discover your own little paradise. The unique Eger farmhouse is located in the heart of the former Sudetenland, just 3 km from the border with Bavaria, and offers you year-round comfort in a spacious and well-equipped house with a peaceful atmosphere.

Fidler is a cozy private cottage, perfect for a single guest or a couple who enjoy quiet atmosphere and a warm fire. It is a lovely country cottage with a cozy fireplace. Here you can relax and enjoy the rural life. Its garden, overlooking the meadows and forest, is only for you. Guests especially appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the private location and the free firewood.

Zelená chalupa pod Klínovcem

Tento zelený dům je výjimečný svoji atmosférou. Interiér je boutique chalupa. Většina nábytku je původní jen nově zrekonstruovaná. Ostatní nábytek jako například postele, skříně a skříňky jsme vyrobili vlastnoručně spolu s našimi nejlepšími přáteli. Na celkovou rekonstrukci jsme vynaložili spousty času, energie a úsilí. Toto místo prostě musíte zažít.:)
