Cozy Beachfront

Beautiful completely renovated apartment on the first floor of family house situated on the beach front, surrounded by pines and overlooking the coast and the bay. The place consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room. From the living room you come to the terrace with lounge and outdoor eating space, with retractable sunshades. The guests can use parking and outdoor BBQ in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

Highway To Hell

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Soba Old town - novo uređeno

Soba Old Town nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. It is a new 70 m2 apartment including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and a balcony with a beautiful seaview. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in several shops in Rogoznica. The beach is peacefull and the water is crystal clear. You can relax on the beach under the parasol.

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica. It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! It is surrounded by untouched nature in a very peaceful area with amazing sunsets every day!
