There are two bedrooms, a small kitchenette/dining room, a bathroom and a lovely sunny outdoor area.The bus stop, 5 mins away, will take you to Ponsonby Rd, K Rd and Queen St. Easy self checkin via the lockbox. Come to relax in this modern fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment in the lush bush close to Titirangi Village in the Waitakeres, 25 minutes from Auckland CBD. Light breakfast is provided. A sofa bed allows an additional person. We have expansive grounds with bush walks, gazebo, firepit and out door games. We are 5 minutes drive from the village with its numerous cafes & restaurants as well as Te Uru Art gallery. World renowned beaches and other bush walks are within 15 minutes drive.

Upstairs is a light-filled bedroom and living area looking out into trees. Downstairs is a lofty dining area with kitchen bench and bathroom. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Cox's Bay, the studio is an easy walk to the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of the popular West Lynn, Westmere, Grey Lynn and Ponsonby inner-city areas. Very handy to bus routes to the central city. The studio has its own direct private access from the street.

Double glazed cedar french doors provide a seamless flow from the kitchen and living area to a private deck for alfresco dining. Guests can relax on an outdoor sofa while enjoying a meal on the deck. Set in a garden setting, the house is self-contained with an eco composting toilet, unlimited WiFi, full shower & fridge/freezer and kitchen. Maximum of 2 guests.

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
