In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

Large 3 level townhome. 50m to exclusive Bay St shops. 500m to the beach. 500m to the light rail tram that takes you direct into the CBD. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Great open plan living, heaps of natural light. Large double garage. Private entrance via street. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.
